Mediation Services

Although we incorporate mediation techniques when helping you do your own Divorce through Pro Se, we also provide formal mediation services for the family matters indicated above. $200.00 per session-One hour( Generally only one session needed) Each Party must have a written description of the disputed issue or issues and a proposed solution.

Outline of the Process & What we'll Need from you

Divorce, Legal Separation or Annulment.

There are three appointments with Pro Se, Which should take you through your whole divorce, legal separation or annulment action.

Petition and temporary agreements or hearings.
Marital, Legal Separation or Annulment Agreement or Proposed Agreement and Parenting plan or Agreement.
Judgment or Proposed judgment and preparation for final hearing or trial.

You responsibility will be to fill out the financial disclosure for, obtain the necessary documents and make the decisions.

Fees:

Pro Se Fees:

$550.00- Divorce, Legal Separation or Annulment, which covers the three appointments with our professional Pro Se staff.

$200.00 For Post Divorce Motions.

Court Fees:

$184.50 With No Minor Children.

$194.50 With minor Children.

Approximately $35.00 Parenting Class ( Required for actions with minor children under the age of 16 in some counties)

Sheriff or Private Process Service Fees:

These vary from County to County and with number of attempts for service. Service is not necessary if action is uncontested.
